Harwood Union’s Harry Brusa Library
The Harwood Library offers print and digital resources to serve the needs of Harwood students and faculty. With an extensive print collection of nearly 20,000 titles, an array of academic databases, audiobooks, and computers, the library aids students in their pursuit of academic excellence while also providing a comfortable and quiet space for study and group work.

Monday – Thursday: 7:45am-4pm
The Library may be closed periodically for meetings. A sign will be posted on the door and on the blog to indicate hours of closure.
Be a Courteous Library User
- Bring a pass and sign in.
- Respect your fellow library users.
- Talking is ok, yelling is not.
- Drinks are allowed, no food please.
- All school rules apply.
Books are checked out for a period of 2 weeks. An item may be renewed unless someone else is waiting to check it out. Students are responsible for returning their books on time. Additional items may be checked out after any overdue items have been returned or renewed. Faculty members are encouraged to check books out as well.
Overdues and Item Replacement
The library does not charge fines but borrowing privileges may be revoked if a user continually has overdue books. Item replacement costs will be issued for lost or damaged items.
The Library offers over a hundred different audiobook titles via Audible. An audiobook may be downloaded to the student’s mobile device or personal laptop on request. We also have iPods available for check out. To check out an audiobook, please see Celia or Ms. Reed.
